Please be aware that requests made after 5 PM will be considered as submitted the next business day.

Disability Services will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your request and to provide follow up information. Please note: Captioning costs will be covered by Disability Services. Interpreting Services costs will be billed back to your department. Interpreter rates are $25-$45 per hour; interpreters are assigned based on level of skill, education, and content to be interpreted. Your department will be billed based on the rate of the interpreter. Please have your department billing code available when filling out the request form.
